Some people spend their working lives alone, on the road or out of sight of a colleague: lone and late-shift workers, field and delivery staff, security and facilities teams, and drivers. For them, a quiet way to get their location to people who can help is worth having. findME Enterprise packages let a company or organisation provide that for everyone on its team, under a single agreement, without each person having to sort out a subscription on their own.
findME is a silent SOS: the person holds the volume button for five seconds, even with the phone locked, and their chosen contacts receive an SMS with their live GPS location. Nothing sounds, vibrates or shows on the screen. It alerts the people someone chooses. It does not call emergency services, so it works alongside 10111 and 112 rather than replacing them.
What an Enterprise package is
- One contract, one administrator. We set up a company account for your organisation with an agreed number of seats, and someone you nominate manages it.
- Premium for everyone on the team. Each person on a seat gets findME Premium through your company.
- Arranged with us, not bought person by person. Seats are set up under your agreement, so your people don't each need their own Google Play subscription.
- Room to change. We can adjust the number of seats as your team grows or shrinks, and the agreement can have an agreed end date.
How it works
- Get in touch. Tell us about your organisation and roughly how many people you'd like to cover.
- We agree the package with you: the number of seats and the length of the agreement.
- We set up your company account. Your administrator signs in to the findME app and sees the company's seats.
- Add your people. Your administrator can invite people by email from the app, or share your company join code. Anyone who enters the code in the app is added to your team, with nothing to buy.
- Manage it over time. Your administrator can see how many seats are in use, invite more people and remove people who leave, freeing the seat for someone else.
What your team gets
Everyone on a company seat gets findME Premium, which means:
- The silent volume-button SOS, working from the lock screen.
- Alerts to up to three trusted contacts, instead of one.
- Location updates for 15 minutes after the alert, so contacts can follow where they're going.
- Automatic retries if a message doesn't get through.
- No ads.
Each person chooses their own trusted contacts, whether that's family, friends, a colleague, or, if you want that, your security company or control room.
Privacy stays the same. findME is not a staff-tracking or location-monitoring tool. A person's location is shared only when they trigger an SOS, and only with the contacts they have chosen. Being on a company seat doesn't change that.
Who it suits
- Organisations with lone, late-shift or after-hours staff.
- Field, delivery and sales teams who travel between sites.
- E-hailing and fleet operators. See our guide to safety for e-hail and fleet drivers.
- Security, facilities and maintenance teams.
- Any team where people sometimes work somewhere they'd want help to find them quickly.
Good to know
- People on a company seat get their Premium through the company, so they don't use Bring-A-Friend referral codes or switch between the Individual and Family plans.
- If an agreement ends, the people on it return to the free plan and keep their findME account.
- The administrator manages seats and can see the email addresses of the people on them. They aren't given a view of anyone's location.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many people you want to cover and the length of the agreement, so we agree it with you directly. Contact us with your numbers and we'll take it from there.
How many people can we cover?
The number of seats is agreed with us and can be changed later. Tell us roughly how many you have in mind.
Do our people need their own Google Play subscriptions?
No. Seats are arranged under your agreement with us, not bought one by one.
Can a person be replaced?
Yes. Your administrator can remove someone who leaves, and the seat can go to someone else.
Does findME call emergency services?
No. findME sends an SMS with the person's live location to the contacts they chose. In an emergency, calling 10111 or 112 still comes first. Our emergency numbers page lists them in one place.
